I have more than 20 years' experience helping organisations attract, engage and retain high-performing people. My background spans in-house talent acquisition, executive search, agency recruitment and people operations, giving me a broad commercial perspective and the ability to tailor solutions to different business environments.
Throughout my career I have partnered with organisations across professional services, business services (finance, marketing, IT, legal and HR), and the built environment, supporting businesses ranging from growing SMEs to established international organisations.
While my experience is predominantly within the UK, I have also delivered recruitment and talent initiatives across the United States, mainland Europe, India, and the Middle East.
My expertise extends beyond filling vacancies. I help organisations build sustainable talent strategies by identifying leadership talent, developing talent pipelines, strengthening employer value propositions, improving candidate experience, embedding ED&I principles and creating long term recruitment processes.
I work with businesses to align their people strategy with their commercial objectives, reviewing recruitment systems and processes, building talent communities, managing end-to-end hiring programmes and implementing scalable approaches that enable growth.
Drawing on this experience, I founded APF Resourcing to provide organisations with a more strategic, embedded approach to talent acquisition.
