Summary
I help businesses, founders and senior professionals become clearer, better positioned and easier to choose.
That can mean sharpening a company’s brand strategy, improving how a business explains itself, strengthening a founder or leadership profile, clarifying a LinkedIn presence, or turning complex experience into language that clients, partners and stakeholders can quickly understand.
I work with founders, business owners, leadership teams and senior professionals who need to explain themselves, their organisation or their offer more clearly.
Much of my work sits where business strategy, brand, communications and leadership perception meet. In practical terms, I help people and organisations become easier to understand, easier to trust and easier to choose.
Brand is not simply a communications layer. It is one of the ways an organisation makes its strategy visible. The same is true of personal branding and leadership positioning. How a founder, consultant, CEO or senior professional presents themselves can have a direct effect on credibility, confidence, referrals and commercial opportunity.
Over the past 25+ years, I have worked across the UK, Middle East and international markets with SMEs, privately owned businesses, founder-led companies and larger organisations in sectors including energy, infrastructure, real estate, hospitality, tourism, investment, industrial groups, education, professional services and government-linked entities.
My background spans consultancy and in-house leadership, including brand strategy, communications, experience programmes, stakeholder engagement, internal alignment and strategic advisory work with founders, boards, CEOs, CMOs and leadership teams.
I am particularly useful when a business or individual has evolved, but the way they are described has not kept up. That might mean an unclear website, a weak LinkedIn presence, a confusing service offer, an underdeveloped founder profile, inconsistent messaging or a leadership narrative that no longer reflects the level at which someone now operates.
I help clients with business and brand strategy, positioning, narrative development, personal brand strategy, leadership positioning, website messaging, LinkedIn positioning, company profiles, strategic workshops and market-facing proposition development.
My role is to help create clarity and coherence. That means making sure that what a business says, sells, builds and behaves like are properly aligned, and that the people leading it are positioned in a way that supports trust, credibility and commercial opportunity.
If your organisation, leadership team or personal profile is entering a period of growth, change or repositioning, I am open to thoughtful conversations.

Commercial Brand Strategist

Based in London and the United Arab Emirates, I work with founders and leadership teams to shape brand and communications strategy during periods of growth, repositioning, and organisational change.
My work sits at the intersection of brand, business strategy, and leadership decision making. I help organisations clarify what they stand for, align that with commercial direction, and translate it into clear, practical action.
I work in a hands on, embedded way, partnering closely with senior stakeholders to develop positioning, narrative frameworks, and communications strategies that hold up in real decisions, not just in presentation.
I support organisations at different levels of need, from senior strategic advisory through to practical delivery. This includes embedded work with leadership teams, as well as the development of brand positioning, narrative frameworks, brand architecture, and communications strategy.
Alongside this, I design and deliver practical brand strategy toolkits, including messaging frameworks, guidelines, and decision making tools that enable teams to apply strategy consistently in day to day work.
My work often spans complex moments including mergers, brand acquisition, integration, and cultural realignment, ensuring coherence between brand, messaging, and organisational behaviour.
Across the UK and the Middle East, I have worked across energy, financial services, logistics, real estate, hospitality, governments, and destination and place-based organisations.

Interests and Hobbies
I am interested in the relationship between people, ideas, identity and how meaning is created. That interest sits behind much of my professional work, but also shapes what I read, watch and explore outside work.
I enjoy reading and listening around business, culture, psychology, spirituality, history, technology and the way organisations and individuals adapt to change. I am particularly interested in how people make sense of themselves and the world around them, especially during periods of transition.
I also have a strong interest in technology, including AI, app development and the tools that are reshaping how people think, work, create and make decisions. I am drawn to anything that strengthens mental sharpness, expands perspective and helps me stay relevant in a rapidly changing world.
Outside work, family is central to my life. I enjoy walking, good conversation, travel, food, wine, music and spending time in places that offer a bit of perspective rather than constant noise.
I am also interested in creativity, writing, design, storytelling and the craft of making complex ideas feel clearer and more useful.
