BRRR Strategy

We’ve been getting a lot of messages asking what BRRR means, so we thought we’d break it down in simple terms. BRRR stands for: Buy Refurbish • Refinance • Rent B = Buy Buy a property that requires renovation. R = Refurbish Renovate the property to add value. R = Refinance Once the renovation is complete, refinance onto a mortgage. R = Rent Rent the property to a tenant. BRRR is a great strategy to buy a house and leave little money in the deal.
