We are a small family business, but slightly complicated when it comes to insurance as we are manufacturers, retailers, wholesalers and we also measure, sell and install in customer's homes and businesses! I do shop around when it comes to the renewal of our commercial combined policy but Holloway Insurance Services came in most competitive and it's so good to be able to deal with a real person! We have been with Holloway Insurance Services for a couple of years now and they are always at the end of the phone if you've got a question or a problem, they are very proactive, encouraging us to get business continuity plans together, for example, and providing guidance notes to help deal with emerging situations! I feel like Dean understands a bit about how our business works now and it's reassuring to know he's there if something goes wrong!
