Cordial Advisory is a founder-led practice based in Oxfordshire. We work with growing UK businesses to take friction out of the way they already work.
Our approach starts from the principle that most businesses don't need to change how they operate. What they need is for the operation to run more smoothly around the way it already works. That means small, considered improvements to the day-to-day, built in collaboration with the people doing the work, not imposed on them from the outside.
The practice is co-founded by Jack Chalkley and Anthony Pothecary. Jack leads the commercial side, drawing on a career in sales and marketing leadership, most recently as Managing Director of a luxury UK maker. Anthony leads the operational side, with a long background in Lean, Six Sigma, and quality systems across UK manufacturing.
Our work usually starts with a day on site, in conversation with the whole team, followed by a written plan a week later. From there we help implement the changes that would make the most difference, whether that's tightening a process, joining up systems that don't currently talk to each other, or bringing practical AI-supported tools into the operation where they earn their place.
We are not an AI consultancy. We are an operational one, and AI is one of the tools we use where it helps.
