Coaching question of the week

Coaching question of the week

Often when I ask the question 'What do you want?' I get the reply 'I don't know'

This could be in relation to anything. What do you want in your relationship, or job, or even life in general.

But most people know what they don't want.

I don't want to be taken for granted

I don't want to have a job where I am sat at a desk all day

I don't want to be alone

I don't want to not have enough money to go on holiday

Once you can state what you don;t want then you can start thinking about what you want instead.
