Greetings All
Many of you will know me through Freebird HR Consultancy and the work I do supporting organisations with people, wellbeing, culture and compliance. An additonal area I am involved in, which links healthily into my HR work, is serving as an area director with the UK Responsible Business Association (UKRBA).
I wanted to share something that may genuinely support SMEs looking to strengthen visibility, credibility and their developmental commercial opportunities.
Most organisations already deliver strong CSR and ESG activity through good practice, staff wellbeing, community engagement and ethical operations. The challenge is often finding the time to document it and make it visible. This is particularly relevant within procurement. Not doing so is a huge lost opportunity.
My association UKRBA is to support SME's to increase and promote their visibility with tenders, bids and competitive opportunities. I really believe this accreditation is a positive way forward for SME's that creates and adds value at a very reasonable cost. UKRBA also gives back with charitable associations which highlight both your CSR and ESG contributions.
If this is of interest to you, I’m very happy to share an overview of how responsible business accreditation works, what it involves, and how SMEs are using it to support growth.
Please feel free to reach out if you’d like to explore this further. I’m always happy to help fellow members of this network.
Kind regards,
Sarika
