34 times more likely. Think about that.

Studies consistently show that in person meetings are 34 times more likely to result in a positive outcome than the same conversation had over email.

34 times.

In an industry built on trust, long term relationships and decisions that genuinely affect people's businesses and livelihoods, that number should mean something.

We think it does.

At Funding Unlocked we have always believed that the best outcomes come from understanding people properly. Not from a form, not from a credit search, not from a thirty minute video call. From a real conversation, in a room, with a coffee in front of you and the time to actually talk through what someone is trying to achieve and what might genuinely help them get there.

It takes longer. It costs more in time and travel. We would not do it any other way.

We work with business owners, developers and growing companies across Surrey and Kent helping them access the right finance at the right time. We also work closely with the professionals around those businesses. Accountants, solicitors, IFAs, estate agents and brokers who understand that the best results usually come from people working together rather than alongside each other without ever really connecting.

If that resonates with how you work, reach out through my profile. We are always open to a conversation and even more open to a coffee.
